Refund policy
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or is missing data, we are happy to offer a refund.
To request a refund:
- Contact us at ginolombardoshow@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos or screenshots showing the damage or missing data.
Refunds will only be issued for items that:
- Are reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Are verified as damaged, faulty or missing data upon review.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, or merchandise that is not damaged, faulty or missing data.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
